What we collect
When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect the fields you provide: name, email, optional phone number, and your message describing the legacy system or project scope. When you set a cookie/storage preference, we store that choice locally in your browser (see our Cookie notice).
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.
Purposes and legal bases
We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request, prepare a scope discussion, and maintain records of business correspondence. Processing is based on your request to enter a contract discussion and our legitimate interest in operating a professional services practice, consistent with PDPA principles of purpose limitation and proportionality.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for audit and dispute resolution, typically up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required by law or an active engagement.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Inquiry submissions are transmitted to our same-domain form handler at /api/inquiry on core-harbor.digital and are accessed only by personnel who need them to respond.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of processing of your personal data, subject to applicable exceptions. Contact us at info@core-harbor.digital with your request. You may also contact the competent authority in Taiwan if you believe your rights have been infringed.
International transfers
If you contact us from outside Taiwan, your data may be processed in Taiwan where our systems are operated.
Changes
We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The revision date will be noted in our internal records when updates occur.
